• We try our best to take photos of products under natural light since we want the actual products to look similar to what you have seen on the website/page. However, there are times, when a camera or a computer monitor or a device can’t match the perspective of an eye.  Differences in display outputs might also be evident due to lighting, digital photography, color settings and capabilities of your computer monitors or mobile screens. Hence, slight discrepancies are unavoidable. We firmly believe that all customers who order online are aware of this genuine challenge and thus to avoid any misunderstanding or discrepancies, we would request you to consider that before you place your orders.
• Since most of our products are hand-woven, there might be slight irregularities and unevenness in the weave, pattern or selvedge of a saree and slight irregularities in the color or embellishments of a jewellery. These imperfections are not defect per se, but a testimony of human involvement in the process and are the reason that makes each piece unique. Also, characteristic imperfections associated with Hand-block printing may be observed in certain sarees, and colors may fade or bleed on certain sarees, due to the traditional dyeing and printing process employed. We would request you to consider that before you place your orders.
• Our products are packed in a secure tamper proof packaging. If you find the package to be tampered with, please do not accept delivery and return it back to the delivery person. Please email us at eknaata@gmail.com mentioning your Order ID and we’ll do the needful. If the delivery has been accepted, it will be assumed that the parcel was received in a secure manner.
